Any cancellations must be made by 12 midday 48 hours prior to arrival to not incur any charges, after this time 100% of the booking will be chargable. Payment for Room only & special offer breaks are taken on booking, and is non refundable or transferable. Once stay has commenced the full booking will be chargable, and no refunds are available for early departures.
