    Cancellation Policy
    Bookings must be cancelled 24hours in advance of your arrival. In the event of a no show or a Cancellation with less than 1 days notice Prior to the date of arrival, an amount Equivalent to 100% of the first nights Booking will be charged.

    Making Your Stay Trouble-free
    To assist our guests the hotel has a ramped entrance with a security door, with direct contact to reception, should any extra help be needed. This means we have a secure area to leave prams or pushchairs etc.
    We offer early teas, high chairs, listening devices & cots for those with young children, at no extra charge,
    A hearing loop, large print menu & a large buttoned telephone with a ‘T loop’are available in the hotel.
    Owners & their Working dogs are always welcome. With our garden gate leading directly into the park, so an exercise area is not a problem.
    Walkers will find a good selection of long & short walks with maps to borrow at no charge. Packed lunches are available if booked the night before.
    We are committed to offering the best of service to all our guests, but having completed a disability audit we are unable to offer accommodation to those that are wheel-chair bound. We can suggest other accommodation in Lincoln where access is not a problem.
